TYRE RIGHT

  • TYRE RIGHT

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To choose a RIGHT tyre, you are choosing a factory with stable production volume,  with strict control of  materials/technicals and workship control, and with inspections procedure and laboratory test. These are all important to tyre safety and using lives.

Besides the process of manfacturing, the proper application and management of the tyre are also the important factors to reduce tyre failures and extend a tyre life.

CHOOSE PROPER RIM

1. Check carefully before tyre mounting to see if the rim sizes are identical to those marked on sidewalls.

2. The tyre should be fitted as much as possible to standard rims or allowable rim range.

3. The tyre should not be fitted to deformed rims or non-conformity rims.

TYRE PRESSURE

1. Check sidwall marking prssure rules before inflate the tyre.

2. It is not appropriate to inflate the tyre over pressure and then release the air to standard pressure.

3. Too low and high pressure will both cause tyre problem and shorten its using life.

4. Check the tyre pressure regularly and replenish when the air pressure is not found sufficient.

PROPER LOAD

1.Select the tyre of corresponding ply rating and load based on the vehicle's standard loading capacity.

2. The tyre of low ply rating can not bear high (ply rating) load. The tyre load can not be increased by increase of inflated pressure.

3. The load should be distributed evenly on the vehicle. (see below)

4.Overload will cause a serious injury to the tyre , to the vehicle and the people.

SPEED CONTROL

1. The tyre should match the vehicle in operating speed.

2. A tyre speed marking should above vehicle's max. speed.

3. Overspped will cause quick tread wear, rapid heat, and tyre strength deterioration,  it will accelerate tyre wear and reduce the tyre life even failure.

MOUNTING

1. The tyre must be mounted onto the specified type of the vehicle and the rim Special tool must be used when mounting/removing the tyres. It is forbidden to pry or hit the tyre hardly.

2. Please mount the tyre with same size, same structure, same pattern and same plies in the same vehicle axle.

3. The bias tyres must not be mounted with the radial tyre.

4. When mounting the tyre with directional pattern, the ortation direction of the tyre must be same as the driving direction of the vehicle.

5. The tyre with anti-skid chain must be mounted symmetrically. it must be removed immediately when not using them.

OTHERS

1. Quick start up, urgent braking, sharp turning, striking by sharp obstacles, contacts with corrosives and oil contaminants, operation in high temperature, etc. will cause premature tyre failures.

2. Tyres should be will maintained and regular shifted. .

3. When the tyre tread has worn out to the extent specified, stop using it and replace with a new one.

4. When there is any problem regaring tyre quality, please do not hesitate to contact  the tyre dealer or us to enable solve the problems immediately.
